Dreams — aka Akira Kurosawa's Dreams, Yume (夢),
I Saw a Dream Like This, Konna yume wo mita,
or Such Dreams I Have Dreamed —
is a 1990 portmanteau film based on actual dreams of the film's director,
Akira Kurosawa at different stages of his life.
The film is based more on imagery than on dialogue.
It consists of eight separate segments in the following order:
* 1 Sunshine Through The Rain
* 2 The Peach Orchard
* 3 The Blizzard
* 4 The Tunnel
* 5 Crows
* 6 Mount Fuji in Red
* 7 The Weeping Demon
* 8 Village of the Watermills

i watched this film a couple of weeks ago.
i fell asleep while watching it at first cause couldn't figure
out what the first few dreams were about.
(est laughed when i told her i fell asleep watching dreams...hee.)
glad i didn't give up on it cause the last few dreams were nicer, hee...
i especially like the last dream: Village of the Watermills.
i shan't be the spoiler for those who wishes to watch it.
